We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Demand Generation Manager to build and scale our growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves building from scratch, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Build, optimize, and scale inbound programs: content, SEO, website conversion, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Plan and execute outbound demand programs in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels.
- Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
- Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, events, webinars, ABM).
- Track performance, analyze funnels, and continuously optimize conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging and growth strategy.
- Build scalable processes, tools, and dashboards to support rapid growth.Requirements
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of demand generation / growth marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven experience owning both inbound and outbound demand generation.
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO and PPC.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Startup mentality: proactive, independent, fast-moving, and highly accountable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
