We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Unixi’s demand generation and inbound engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and is critical to driving pipeline, ARR growth, and brand awareness.
You will be responsible for building, running, and optimizing digital programs that generate qualified leads, support sales, and establish Unixi as a thought leader in IAM.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Unixi’s digital and growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Build and optimize demand generation programs that drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and new ARR
- Manage paid channels including LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and experimentation with new platforms
- Own website performance including messaging, conversion rates, landing pages, and SEO in collaboration with design and product
- Lead content-driven growth including blogs, reports, webinars, case studies, and campaigns
- Partner closely with sales to align on ICPs, personas, funnels, and revenue targets
- Manage marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM workflows, lead scoring, and funnel optimization
- Analyze performance, report on KPIs, and continuously test, learn, and improve
- Support product launches, events, webinars, and strategic campaigns
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing in B2B SaaS, preferably cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
